Pros
It's definitely the most popular product at VDL. I tried it after hearing so many good things about it, and it's a whole new world~ The eyeshadow swatch is amazing, and the colors come out even more beautifully. Also, there's no creasing at all, no creasing~~ It's not oily and doesn't cling to the eyelid crease, and the eye makeup doesn't smear easily. A little goes a long way, so it lasts a really long time.
Cons
There's nothing disappointing about it - it's such a satisfying product.

It seems to have been about 2 years since I started using it, and now the bottom is starting to show. =Since eye primer lasts a long time, it's good to buy a quality one. It's not very visible in the photo, but I'm currently scraping it out, so it seems like I've used it all up. It took 2 years.... It was a tough journey, phew. Definitely, when you apply it properly, the longevity increases and the eyeshadow swatch becomes more intense. However, the area you first touched can also become overly intense, resulting in patchiness, so you have to apply it carefully. Especially for those who apply it with their hands, you need to be cautious... For those whose eyes get oily and their eye makeup smudges, you really need an eye primer. Without it, you won't be able to survive... Since I really love VDL products, I've been using this product since its early days. This is the 2016 Pantone series version, and it's a slightly sticky silicone-based primer that aims to prevent double eyelid creasing. However, as I get older, I'm always worried about creasing in non-double eyelid areas as well, so this silicone-based product that can suppress the luminosity of eyeshadows is quite satisfactory. Among drugstore brands, this ranks quite high for crease removal, and the large volume lasts me almost a year before the expiration date, when I switch to a new one. It has a smooth, velvety feel, and the application isn't bad, but it takes some time to really adhere to the skin.
Cons
First of all, it only manages to control creasing, and as an eye primer, it should also help maintain the original color of eyeshadows, which this product lacks (it's basically a collection of various silicones). The fragrance is not great, and the longevity is lower than expected. The photo I took is of the Lue♡♡ eye lid base, which does a great job of capturing color, so I thought regular eye primers or bases would perform similarly, but VDL seems to fall short in that regard. That's why I'm now switching to a different product.

The shadow only wipes off easily, smudges on the eyes, and gets stuck in the double eyelids, so I was worried. Pros
The application and performance seem no different from other products! As we all know, the eyeshadow blends really well! The base color adheres nicely too! There is absolutely no creasing on the eyelids. The price is also affordable!
Cons
You need to apply it thinly and carefully, and it takes some skill to get used to the application and amount. I was a bit hesitant at first. If you apply it over foundation, it can cake up. Definitely do not apply it on top of foundation, only on bare eyes! On busy mornings, I sometimes skip using it. But it doesn't prevent my mascara or eyeliner from smudging either. I'm using it for the eyeshadow color payoff and longevity.
Tip

I've never had a crisis with this product!!!!!!! I also bought it after reading the reviews, and sometimes there are people who say it smears and clumps, but I think that's because they applied too much. And you have to start eye makeup only after it's completely dry. I just take a grain of rice-sized amount and apply it to both eyes, and instead of rubbing, I gently dab it on. Before applying, you should remove some of the foundation or oil to some extent. Even though the amount is small, the actual usage time is not that short, and considering the expiration date, it seems appropriate. I used to always have my eyeliner and mascara smudge, but since using this product, not a single smudge! It's an essential in my makeup pouch!! The eyeshadow also barely creases at all^^

This product serves as an excellent primer. I used to have severe creasing issues and my eye makeup would disappear quickly, but since using this product, I no longer worry about my eye makeup at all.

Even if I apply just a little bit more, it can start to crease. This seems to be an issue with any product.
