Over time, it sets to a matte finish that lasts long. Just one application lasts a long time. The wide range of available shades is great. It's perfect for using as a base lip color or for overlaying on top.
ConsIf the lips are dry, there can be a bit of visible flaking, and the color may only remain in the center of the lips. If you apply a lip balm or glossy product over it, it can feel like it's sitting on top of the lips. Regular moisturizing care for the lips is recommended!
