ConsIt felt extremely sticky, like having glue smeared all over my face, and my face felt heated(?).

It's the second highest concentration (40%) product after the pure ingredient, and it can effectively resolve stickiness and rapid drying without any tackiness. I haven't used it in a while. The reason is that because of the stickiness, dust tends to stick to my skin too much. And over time, it starts to peel off a bit like a film. I think it would be fine to mix it with other serums, but I find it too much of a hassle, so I don't use it... *My skin is extremely dry and dehydrated, but I still get a lot of milia and blackheads. After using the Sidmool Skin Source Panthenol Ampoule (30%), I thought the panthenol would help replenish moisture, so I purchased this higher concentration product. I had written a review on Hwahae about the Sidmool products, and while I did see some effects, the hydration only lasted about 3 hours for my extremely dry skin. To cut to the chase, the higher concentration in this product definitely lasts longer. If I mix it with a hyaluronic acid essence and then top it with a lightly moisturizing cream, the hydration can last 5-6 hours. Since my skin was dehydrated and breaking out, using the panthenol has definitely improved my skin texture. It doesn't completely prevent breakouts, but it has noticeably helped, and I felt the same when using the Sidmool product. If you have extremely dry/dehydrated skin with milia concerns, this is worth trying. I think this product has many advantages over other panthenol ampoules in terms of concentration, volume, clean ingredients, and price, so I recommend it. For oily to dry skin types, the Sidmool Skin Source Panthenol Ampoule may be sufficient on its own.
ConsThe most disappointing and only downside is the stickiness. Panthenol is an inherently sticky ingredient, so a high-concentration product like this will inevitably have some tackiness. Just keep this in mind when purchasing. The product instructions say to mix 2-3 drops into your skincare, but I'd recommend using a maximum of 3 drops. Any more than that and it gets excessively sticky - at night, it will stick to your bedding, and during the day, it can make your skin look overly shiny and greasy.
TipThe high viscosity makes it difficult to spread evenly if used alone, so you absolutely must mix it with another essence or moisturizer before applying. Mixing it into a cream helps with application, but can make your face look overly shiny. I recommend mixing it into a more fluid-type essence instead. That way, it's less sticky and absorbs better. You also won't get as much unwanted shine. For reference, I've been mixing it with the One Thing Hyaluronic Acid Essence.

Without having to apply it thickly due to dryness, I just mix a few drops into the lotion or cream I normally use, and it solves the problem! I fell asleep without washing my face, and it stayed moisturized until the next day.
ConsThe dropper seems a bit unnecessary. It's better to just open it directly and quickly transfer it with your hands. A few drops that get on the dropper can be used as well.
TipDue to the nature of the ingredients, absorption is a bit slow, but you can think of it as having a similar feel to a thick hyaluronic acid ampoule or the La Roche-Posay B5 cream.
