Pros
I have sensitive, dry skin. Although it's a tone-up cream, it has a decent sun protection factor, so I've been using it as a substitute for sunscreen. When applied, it finishes with a velvety, powdery feel as the name suggests, without any heavy white cast or stickiness. The tone-up effect and lasting power are also good, and it doesn't cling much. I think it's a good product for the price.
Cons
Over time, there is a sense of dryness, but if you properly hydrate your base, you can use it without any oiliness and maintain a powdery finish.

Even though it's a velvet product, it doesn't feel heavy at all and I love it!! There's no pilling whatsoever and it's like it's my own skin..? I have sensitive skin but I'm using it very well haha
Cons
There's nothing disappointing, but if you're like me and have dry patches here and there, those areas sometimes get a bit flaky :(

It was great that I could apply it lightly like sunscreen without it being sticky. I could just use this one product without needing a separate foundation, and it still made my skin look clean!
