Used for almost 10 years. In the middle, I switched to Eau Thermale Avรจne cream, which was better, but it was discontinued, so I came back. The difference between the two is not very large. When I apply this, bumpy pimples or acne on my forehead or temples subside within a day. I don't apply a lot at once, but after all my basic skincare, I apply a thin layer and let it absorb, then lightly coat it with lotion or cream on top. This makes it less irritating and less stimulating. For itchy, red, swollen local trouble spots, I apply the same way, repeating every few hours, and if it seems too thick, I rinse it off with water and repeat the basic-Keracnyl-moisturizer routine. After rinsing with water, even the dead skin is cleared up.
