I've been using the oily scalp shampoo every 2-3 days instead of daily, as using it daily can actually make the oil production worse. When I use it, I can feel the oil just disappearing, but my hair gets really stiff, so a conditioner and hair treatment are a must. Even though it has some cautionary ingredients, it hasn't caused any pimples on my scalp, so I've been using it well.
ConsIt's a bit disappointing that there are 4 cautionary ingredients out of 20. If you don't do a primary shampoo and just use this alone, the lather doesn't come out very well.
