It can completely replace shampoo and body wash! I started using it to travel light while learning to swim, and the ingredients are good, and the biggest advantage is that I can do everything with just one. When I first used it a couple of times, the lather wasn't as abundant as regular shampoo, and the cleansing power seemed a bit weak, but it seems like I needed some time to get used to it. If you use a loofah to generate enough lather and use it, it's the best!!
