Pros
Since it has a mild acidic pH, it's good to use when disinfecting acne or worrying about impurities in pores. As I have sensitive skin, I don't use it too often, only about twice a week. It definitely has a stronger astringent feel compared to a regular mild acid toner. It's better to use with a soft cotton pad rather than just patting it on with your hands.
Cons
The acidity is a bit strong, so I have to be careful. The toner evaporates quickly, so it's better to use it along with another toner.

It seems that sebum production was significantly suppressed!! And it felt refreshing when applied, which was great.

I liked that it felt like it was thoroughly cleansing any leftover makeup residue that wasn't removed by cleansing. I had no issues like breakouts while using it, so it was easy to use comfortably. I even went out of my way to buy it when I was in Germany.
Cons
Looking at the ingredients, it seems they used a blue dye. I'm not sure if that was really necessary... When you pour it onto cotton pads, it comes out blue.
