This product has excellent cleansing power, effectively removing gel eyeliner, eyeshadows (including pearl-finish ones), waterproof mascara, and tints all in one go. To use, I gently placed cotton pads soaked in the product on the eye and lip areas for 2-30 seconds, then lightly rubbed in a zigzag motion without irritation. Even for my sensitive skin, this product was non-irritating to use. I don't usually wear a lot of makeup, so I don't often buy makeup removers, but I'm glad I tried this product. It's the best lip and eye makeup remover I've used. I understand now why this product is so well-known. Highly recommended!
