Pros
I mainly use the John Masters Organics shampoo with lavender and evening primrose, and sometimes use spearmint as well. It's a brown-colored shampoo with a strong fragrance. When I shampoo, I feel a sense of comfort (aromatherapy). My scalp was in poor condition, feeling irritated, sticky even after shampooing, and itchy, but after using it a few times, it got better. The cleansing power is also good. The lather is a bit less, so I end up using a bit more shampoo. With consistent use, I feel like my scalp is getting healthier, so I'm using it well. I'm also glad that the ingredients are good, so I feel reassured.

Pros
I only use shampoo (no conditioner or rinse) and my hair is not stiff or frizzy. The cleansing power is quite good. I purchased a similar product due to the discontinuation of my previous shampoo. These are just my personal opinions and preferences.

Pros
I use the Joun Master Organic Lavender & Rosemary, Evening Primrose, and Scalp Shampoo in rotation. Personally, I think the Lavender & Rosemary scent is the best. 🤎 The subtle lavender fragrance is lovely, the ingredients are good, and the finish after shampooing is great, so I've been using it well!
Cons
I'm satisfied and using it well, so the only downside is the price.

In my late 30s... My scalp has become more sensitive and reddened... I've also started experiencing hair loss. I've been using just regular drugstore shampoos all this time... Once the hair loss started, I knew I had to do something about it. I realized I needed to use a shampoo with good ingredients to soothe my scalp. So for a few months, I was like a shampoo nomad... I spent quite a bit trying out all the shampoos that were supposedly good, but most of them didn't work for me. That's when I accidentally discovered the Joun Master's Organic shampoo. I've been using it since 2016 and it's been my holy grail shampoo up until now in 2019. It's truly a life-changing shampoo for me... I just hope this company never goes out of business. 🤣 In the 3 years I've been using Joun Master's Organic, my once reddened scalp has become even whiter than my face... My hair loss has also improved to some degree. I'd say my scalp feels more comfortable now. What I want to say is that shampoo is not a hair loss treatment. It's more of a supplementary product that helps maintain a healthy scalp environment. At the end of the day, it's better to use a shampoo with good ingredients rather than a drugstore one with poor ingredients. Even my mom loves this shampoo so much. She has a hard time remembering the name, so she takes a picture of it and recommends it to her friends.

Spearmint is the best, and this product is next on my list. It has just the right amount of lather, and the scent is pleasant. The ingredients are also good, so it's beneficial for scalp health. After using it, the pain and redness in my scalp have significantly decreased.

The ingredients are really great. I chose this shampoo because of the ingredients, as I have atopic dermatitis. The lather isn't as much as regular shampoos, but I've been using this shampoo for over 2 years and I can feel that my scalp has improved. I recommend it!
Cons
After using the shampoo, my hair feels a bit stiff. However, there is a detangler product, kind of like a conditioner, that I use together and it makes my hair soft and nice! I've tried other hair packs as well, but the detangler seems to work the best for me.
