If applied lightly, it gives a pink-red feel, and the color changes slightly depending on the amount applied. Personally, when I wear it, my skin looks whiter (not just the lips, but my whole face looks illuminated, like a fluorescent light has been turned on) and I really like the bold lip look (I hate nude-toned lip products like strawberry milk). I also often get asked what lip product I'm wearing. The texture and longevity are great. It's a soft, moussey formula, not a watery tint. It has amazing color payoff like a water tint, but without the dryness that's often an issue with water tints. I find it comfortable to wear (no unpleasant feeling). Additionally, when my lips have cracks or flakiness, water tints can sometimes only stain certain areas, making my lips look uneven, but this product doesn't do that. (However, those with dry skin or lips that tend to chap easily may not find it as suitable.) When I look at lip products, color payoff and longevity are really important to me, and this one checks both boxes. It applies evenly and adheres well to the lips, and doesn't transfer much even after a few hours. The color also doesn't fade to an unattractive pale shade when it starts to wear off. I even ate oily foods like soup and fried items, and the color was still mostly intact, which made my friends who were with me purchase it when it was on sale. The packaging is great too. At first, there's a lot of product, so a cotton swab is needed for gradient application. I'm lazy, so I just use my finger, but the color doesn't spread as evenly that way. For those with thinner lips, a lip brush or other tool would be helpful for precise over-lining. Out of all the Nature Republic products I've tried, this tint series is the one I personally love the most and almost exclusively purchase.
ConsWhen I first bought this product, it was 50% off, but back then, there were a lot of half-price sales. Nowadays, the maximum discount is only around 30%. This tint is one of my top 5 favorite tints, but considering the volume and the Roadshop brand, I honestly think 5,000 won is the most reasonable price. It's not an enormous amount, and the ingredients aren't exceptionally good either. Other Roadshop tints (when on sale) range from 4,000 to 6,000 won, and some even have more product volume with similar pigmentation and ingredients. If I only have 10,000 won, I'm afraid I'll have to buy two products from a different brand. The packaging: The entire container is opaque, so you can't see the product inside. I'm not sure why, but the opening gets very messy every time I use it. I have to constantly wipe the opening and the wand, which is a waste since I don't have much product to begin with.
