It seems like there was a sudden surge in orders, as the original product on iHerb has been constantly out of stock. This time I bought the Pink Grapefruit (which someone had also canceled their order for, so I barely managed to get it), and while the scent is a bit different, it's still good. There are many gentle cleansers available in Korea, but as more people develop problematic skin, the options that can be used as an emergency measure seem to be disappearing, to the point where I have to go to a dermatologist just to buy a cleanser. It cleanses thoroughly, but if you definitely need oil control and acne treatment, this can be a great help.

On severe days, I use the Sidmool Doctor's Lab Cleanser (which only has salicylic acid according to Korean standards and is gentle) in the morning, and the Neutrogena Acne Wash in the evening. I adjust the frequency based on how my skin is improving, using it every other day or every three days. It's kind of an emergency measure cleanser for me. However, it can also have the opposite effect and cause irritation, so on the days I use this, I keep my skincare routine as gentle and soothing as possible for hydration. I either avoid adding salicylic acid to my other skincare or use it in the opposite order. For really severe cases, I'll add the Clearteen (an over-the-counter 2% salicylic acid product) and dab or apply it. If you absolutely need to control your oil right now and have moved beyond just managing oil and blemishes, and are in a treatment phase, I would recommend this.
