Since panthenol tends to be a little irritating for my skin, a sensitivity test is necessary for this product. While it can be used comfortably like a balm, it may feel stinging when the skin barrier is compromised. Conversely, it can be used to test the skin barrier. It takes some time for the product to absorb into the skin, and there is a slight tackiness, but the centella ingredients are felt to be sufficient.
