I've been using this mask pack for about a year now (I've also purchased it from other places) and it's the only one I use even in the summer. The moment you open the pack, it's soaked in ampoule. You take out the sheet, gently peel it off and place it on your face, and it stays moist even after 20 minutes. I've even tried drying my hair while wearing it! The thin sheet adheres well, so you can even move around while using it. But it doesn't stick stubbornly either. Personally, I find it effective in soothing and taking the heat out of my face. I've never had any side effects. I use other mask packs too, but this is a must-have that I use at least once every two weeks. I've never had to buy the ampoule separately to use it...
