A toner that rises softly and firmly! However, it has a slightly sticky (?) texture that doesn't flow. But it doesn't leave a sticky residue on your hands or face at all! It felt good to use both by soaking it in a cotton pad and applying it with your hands. When my skin was extremely dry, I applied it and then layered a cream on top (because it's a hassle to apply multiple products... hehe) and the moisture still came up nicely. However, those with severely dry skin may need to be careful! It didn't feel heavy or drip excessively even in the winter, and I used it without any issues in the dry autumn and winter weather! My skin didn't have any excess oil or visible greasiness, and it absorbed the product well. My skin hasn't had any breakouts, and I'm still using it well!
