My skin is extremely sensitive and gets very dry in the winter, with cracked skin and keratosis pilaris on my legs. It's not too thick (heavier than the Illiyoon body lotion but lighter than the Aveeno lotion), so it spreads well and I don't think there would be strong likes or dislikes in terms of the usage experience. It doesn't provide the crazy level of moisture that completely resolves the keratosis pilaris, but it does provide adequate long-lasting moisture, lasting about a day, not 72 hours.
