One of the benefits of the Peony shampoo is that it helps relieve itchiness, which was great. However, I felt it was a bit drying for my scalp, which is neither oily nor dry. But it doesn't strip all the oil either. I wouldn't recommend it for extremely oily or dry scalps, but it should be fine for normal to slightly oily scalps. And the fragrance is nice - a subtle floral scent, not overpowering, which I liked. The low lather is a bit of a downside, but the fragrance makes me want to use it again. Nuxe and French products generally seem to have good fragrances.
