Other sugar scrubs have a similar thick, syrupy texture, but this one feels more honey-like in its viscosity. Perhaps that's why it doesn't feel as abrasive when massaging it onto the skin. When scrubbing, the sugar granules don't fly all over the place but cling nicely to the skin. That's not to say it doesn't effectively exfoliate - thanks to its moisturizing formula, my skin feels soft and smooth after use. It's like a cross between a fluffy sugar scrub and a goat milk sugar scrub, with a touch of salt scrub. There's a subtle milky scent when applying it, but it doesn't linger after rinsing.
