I felt that it was very good because it felt moisturized and hydrated, and it also addressed dryness and blemishes quickly, so I was very satisfied. When used with the Daiso foam container, the absorbency also increases, and it can be used without irritation, so I think even those with sensitive skin would be able to use it well.
ConsWhile I didn't see such a significant effect on my blemishes, my dryness was definitely improved, so I'm satisfied. Haha
TipTry using it with Daiso bubble containers ~haha

Since I have sensitive and acne-prone skin, applying just anything would turn my face upside down, but this product has none of that, and it's great for soothing. After using it for about a week, my acne started to calm down one by one, and my skin became much clearer, so I kept reaching for it. And it didn't run out as quickly as I expected, so I was able to use it for a long time, which was great.
ConsA single layer is enough, as the dry ingredients can become dry.
TipApplying multiple layers creates a non-drying, moisturized finish!

It is refreshing and completely non-irritating. It's also good for cleansing and easy to use without any stickiness!
ConsSince it's a water-based formula, the consumption feels burdensome and the price is not good compared to the volume.

I bought it after watching a YouTube video! It works great when layered and applied!^^
ConsHonestly, there's not a single disappointing thing about it!! ㅜㅜㅜㅜ

After cleansing, I consider the toner to be the most important step. I know that the role of the toner, as the first step in skincare, is crucial for the subsequent steps. I don't like toners that get absorbed like water. I was looking for a toner that could address the dryness after cleansing while also helping to refine the skin texture. The Ninewhises The Mastic Clear Toner, with its Laha ingredients, seemed suitable for my sensitive and oily skin types as it offers exfoliating and sebum control functions. The toner has a watery, runny texture that glides on the skin, but it's not just plain water - it has a slight oily feel to it. After applying just the toner, my skin felt so moisturized, and the dryness was completely gone. I was so satisfied! The toner not only makes my skin dewy, but it also helps refine the texture, so the subsequent skincare steps can be done without any irritation. I used to be a toner nomad, but I think I've found the one I've been looking for.
ConsI usually use the toner and then the Iope Bio-Conditioning Essence, but the Ninewhises toner and the Iope essence don't seem to work well together. Other than that, it's a good product.
TipA toner that helps address dryness

It's refreshing and lightweight, making it perfect for summer use. I'd recommend it to those who prefer a lightweight formula like myself. As a gentle product with minimal irritation, it should work well for those with sensitive skin too. ☺️☺️
ConsI haven't found any disappointing aspects yet!

The fragrance is barely noticeable, making it unremarkable, and it contains 4th generation Laha, which helps with exfoliation. It seems to work best when used as a cleansing oil.
ConsThere are no particularly disappointing aspects. It is easy to use without any issues.

As shown in the photo, the toner has a watery texture, and it would be good for those who dislike a sticky or tacky feel. And since my skin is quite sensitive, and using the wrong product can cause breakouts, I didn't experience any trouble with this product!
ConsHowever, I just want to say it's so-so, rather than highlighting the good points. First, in terms of price, there's no particular merit - it's not as remarkably affordable as the Tony Moly toner, yet it's not an outstanding toner either. Primarily, the alcohol scent is quite strong, and I personally don't enjoy the alcohol fragrance. I'd prefer it to be fragrance-free. Though the alcohol scent does dissipate quickly. And in the winter, it's too much of a water-based toner. The moisture doesn't linger, but rather it applies lightly and then quickly evaporates. If you're specifically looking for an extremely lightweight toner, it might work, but it doesn't provide adequate hydration. It's just so-so...

This toner is a bit different from a typical water toner - it has a slight viscosity, not completely watery. (I'm not sure how to explain it properly, but...) It's not completely watery like regular water, but has a similar moisturizing feel to Innisfree products that I've used before. However, it's not at all oily or heavy after application. It's a light formula that just perfectly addresses any dryness. I usually do 3-skin with toners, but this one doesn't feel heavy even when I do 3-skin. In fact, it absorbs well and leaves a nice glow after just one layer. I was really surprised by that! And the finish leaves my skin feeling a bit plump. Overall, I'm really satisfied with the formula and the whole experience. Innisfree is a well-known brand, so I used this product with confidence. The scent has a slight alcohol note, but I actually prefer that over artificial fragrances. It's not overpowering at all. But if you're sensitive to scents, I'd recommend testing it first.
ConsHonestly, there's nothing bad about this product. Personally, I'm really satisfied with the formula and ingredients, and these days I only use skincare that helps with dryness, and this toner checks all the boxes. I'm genuinely very satisfied and would definitely recommend it and repurchase it. The only thing is, I noticed that there's always some foam when I use it, even though I don't shake the bottle. I'm not sure why that happens, but it doesn't seem to be a problem (and I didn't experience any breakouts while using it!)
TipI like doing 3-skin, so I apply it three times, but you really only need one layer - it's more than enough!

Given my severe acne-prone skin, dramatic changes are difficult to achieve with skincare alone. Please read the review with this in mind. :) In my opinion, even the simple fact that the inflamed acne subsides and goes back in is a significant change! The aspect I liked the most was that the LHA ingredient could provide gentle exfoliation. The texture and feel were initially unfamiliar, but it absorbed into my sensitive skin without any irritation!!! This alone was more than enough to satisfy me. It seems suitable for sensitive skin as well, as it is non-irritating. Looking at the photos I've attached, the left one was taken on February 9th in the morning, before using the Nine Wishes toner. The right one was taken a week later, on February 16th at night. I only changed the toner in my usual skincare routine to the Nine Wishes product, and you can see the angry, protruding acne has subsided. There are still some reddish areas from recent extractions, but the acne on my chin has flattened out. I've been diligently using spot treatments as well, but the only changed product was the toner, so I attribute the effects largely to that. The best part was that it gently calmed down the inflamed acne without any irritation. Addressing the sebum and exfoliation at the toner step likely contributed to the soothing effect, and the subsequent skincare steps were also able to absorb better.
ConsIf I had to point out any downsides... The texture is slightly slippery. It's not a completely watery toner! So I was worried it might not absorb well into the skin, but it turned out to be fine. There is a slight alcohol-like scent, but it's not overpowering.
TipI didn't do a cleansing wipe, but just an absorption-type toning. Since this toner can provide chemical exfoliation, I felt I didn't need the physical exfoliation of wiping with a pad as well. In conclusion, whether you do an absorption-type or cleansing wipe, this seems to be a good product either way.
