It's a basic, faithful water toner. This is exactly the type of toner I was looking for. Even though it's a water toner, I prefer absorption over astringency, so I wanted one that helps soothe the skin. And this was just that. The moisturizing is done by the cream, so this just takes care of the inner dryness and helps soothe the skin. It's very hydrating without any oiliness, and it applies smoothly and comfortably in layers. Moreover, the cica ingredients seem to work well for me, so there's no burden. I think the cica ingredients would work well regardless of skin type.
ConsIt seems there wasn't really anything. I guess a large capacity would be good, but they say large capacity is actually not good because export logistics are easily deteriorated.
