I use the soothing gel before applying the cream, and personally, I find oils more comfortable than heavy creams. Lately, I've been using squalane during the day and tamanu oil at night, which has been working well for me. But once it gets really hot in the summer, I might have to skip the oils.

The ampoule was surprisingly effective from the very first day. Among the serum-based regenerating ampoules I've tried, this is the first one that has had such a dramatic effect since EGF and Fibro ampoules.๐ I've tried a few other brands' PDRN ampoules before, but the Serum-based one is the most effective for me as it is water-based and oil-free, making it the most lightweight and effective. And since it's plant-derived, I'm even more pleased with it. The biggest impact was that it seemed to address the overall skin problems right away. First, the flaky skin on my eyebrow line from long-term retinol use disappeared. Also, many of the skin issues that developed when my skin barrier was severely compromised have mostly improved now.. But the stubborn sebum and whiteheads that had been gradually spreading from my chin, nose, and between my brows to my cheeks had been a recent major concern of mine.. To my surprise, those chronic sebum and whiteheads visibly diminished from the very first day of use. As I continued using it, my skin just kept getting smoother and more luminous (maintaining a smooth, glassy look). Of course, using the gentle Baha Paha product once in a while helps maintain that initial dramatic effect, but even before using this ampoule, the Baha Paha didn't do much. In addition, skin injuries heal faster, sebum production is reduced, so fewer breakouts occur and the existing ones clear up quickly. Pores and wrinkles also seem to have improved to some extent, but I'll provide an update on the wrinkle improvement after using it consistently. The wrinkle benefit seems to be more from strengthening and firming the skin barrier rather than a direct wrinkle-targeting effect. If you have problem skin, you must try this. Buy it twice.
