ConsThe scent is not my cup of tea 🥛🍊 Normally I would be able to stomach the scent of citrus as it's commonly found in skincare, but this smells like rancid milk followed by citrus. It's so difficult to get used to, and I hate it when I catch whiffs of it.
TipI suggest pumping more than a couple of pumps because I find that when I'm not generous, the cleansing milk kind of disappears while it's massaged over the skin, and I end up tugging and pulling at my skin. It's better to pump 3-4 pumps so you might have an excess of product on your skin, but you don't have the issue with it vanishing while you're massaging it, and the slip is perfect.

I've been using it really well as a first cleansing step for sunscreen, especially. Sunscreen applied to the body is hard to remove with just body wash, so it took a long time to shower. But if I apply the milk cleanser to my face, arms, legs, neck, and other sunscreen-applied areas before showering and do the first cleansing, the shower time is shortened and the sunscreen can be removed completely without any residue!

Unlike cleansing balms that require hands to be dry, or cleansing oils that can drip and spread, the cleansing lotion maintained its form when pumped out but smoothly spread like a lotion when massaged. I was able to remove eyebrow tints, lipsticks, primers, sunscreens, and blushes with just the first cleanse, and it rinsed off completely without any residue. Even after cleansing, my skin felt adequately moisturized without any tightness or oiliness.
ConsThe citrusy scent might be divisive as it has a slightly sour note to it. Personally, I didn't mind it though.
