The scrub has sugar granules, so there is some physical exfoliation, but since it's meant for body use, I think this level of stimulation is fine. Also, as the granules dissolve in water, the degree of stimulation is somewhat regulated, so you can use it by gently dissolving them. Tonymoly's Chok Chok Scrub is the most famous in the scrub category, and I was curious about it. It really is great, so I think I'll just buy this one for my scrubs going forward!

The Treeheut scrub contains real sugar, which seems to provide an effective exfoliating effect. I've also been dealing with ingrown hairs, but the dryness was causing snake-like skin - using the Treeheut scrub 2-3 times a week along with a body lotion has really helped with the recovery. As the weather gets warmer and I'll be showing my arms more, I'm glad to have achieved cleaner elbows! The scrub has a yellow base with small black granules - it looks really appetizing! And the scent of gold kiwi and pineapple is wonderfully sweet, just as it appears. Even after using it, the pleasant fragrance lingers, which I've really enjoyed. If there was a matching body lotion in the same scent, that would be perfect. Another great thing is that, like Treeheut's other products, there's a slight oiliness left behind after use, so my skin doesn't feel dry.
