My friend sent it to me as a birthday gift!! The vitamin content is so high that it more than meets the daily recommended intake. It contains 14 types of vitamins and 7 types of minerals. The reason I chose this at the time was because I have anemia, so I had to take iron supplements separately. But the iron supplements I tried before had this unpleasant metallic taste that I really disliked. So I opted for this multivitamin that has iron included, which worked out well for me. It provides the full daily iron requirement within. If you need to supplement essential nutrients and also require extra iron, I'd recommend this product.
