My parents asked me to buy some vitamins, and after trying them a few times, I think they're pretty good, so I'd recommend them. I bought it at Costco and it's a great value. The bottle contains 430 capsules, and since I take one per day, it will last me 14 months. My father and mother take it, and when I look at the nutritional information, it seems to meet most of the Korean Dietary Reference Intakes (for men over 50) at over 100%. So for my parents who only take a few supplements like omega-3 and probiotics in addition to a multivitamin, this product seems perfect. They said they don't experience any heartburn.
