The mild surfactants seem to be doing the job. However, the cleansing power is a bit weaker compared to mainstream shampoos. I've tried using a solid acidic shampoo bar, as they tend to have better cleansing abilities than liquid acidic shampoos. The Billieme shampoo bar has good ingredients, fragrance, and usage experience. But even though they're both acidic, liquid shampoos leave my hair softer without needing a conditioner, while all the shampoo bars make my hair feel a bit stiff.
