It has amazing moisturizing power, beautiful color payoff, and is the best. I have a lot of thick lip flakes and most lip balms feel drying to me, but the Nature Republic Honey Melting Lip is slightly waxy and applies heavily, then quickly smooths over the flakes and keeps my lips moisturized, so I use it as a lip balm substitute. It also works great for softening flakes. The color payoff is super pigmented, not completely sheer but not completely opaque either - it has a nice translucent quality, though the shades can look a bit murky, especially the creamy coconut one which has a lot of white cast on me. The scent is strongly sweet and fruity. I usually avoid scented products but I can tolerate this one. I do avoid using it when my skin is irritated, though. The wear time is average. I don't really care about longevity so that's not an issue for me. The packaging is unremarkable. There's no staining, which I love! I'm the type that builds up color easily so I prefer non-staining lip products. Ah, most of all, the shine on this product is so, so pretty! I highly recommend this!

Especially since it doesn't go back, I have to press it just right, but there are times when no matter how much I press, it only goes up a tiny bit. It's a perfect fall warm-tone color... the subtle brown-toned red is just so easy to apply. And above all, it's really, really moisturizing. The formula is even more creamy and hydrating than the Rom&nd Glasting Melting Balm, so my lips don't get dry at all. I've seriously used up two tubes and I'm on my third one, it's been so consistently great to use. The scent is a sweet grape fragrance? There's no aversion to it. It's delicious.
