Pros
For me, who prefers water toners over cream toners, this is a product that is easy to use! I used to alternate between Welage and Toriden toners, but when considering the price, the Hwahae Essential Toner has great value, so I've completely settled on it.
Cons
When it's very dry, one application is not enough to fully hydrate. Applying it two or three times works perfectly~
Tip
I recommend Hwahae! The product may be a bit disappointing for those who apply it by scooping it onto their hands and absorbing it.

Gentle and mild. Just like a water toner. I used it without any trouble or irritation. The cost-effective item. Flushed skin may not pair well with toners, so I don't really use it, but it seems suitable for those who find a good match, as it can be applied lightly.
Cons
It was so-so. I used it for about 2 weeks and passed it on to other family members. There were no issues during use, but I didn't feel any meaningful effects. Compared to when I only apply other essential lines, I'm not sure if I feel more moisturized.
