I have been using it without irritation to the skin. It has helped with itchiness and dryness.

There are no particularly disappointing aspects, but it is slightly slippery. The price is quite expensive.

I tend to have sensitive skin during the winter. When there are temperature changes, my skin is prone to redness. I really disliked winter because of this. Even when I tried products that were said to be good for redness, I didn't see much effect. However, with the Neogen Cica Balm, I've seen a lot of improvement, if not complete resolution of the redness. I apply it generously before bed and it leaves a luminous glow, not an oily feeling. The amount is small for the price, but I don't find it regrettable at all. There is a scent, but it doesn't bother me. I just hope this product doesn't get discontinued.

The lid seems weaker than expected. I dropped it slightly, and the lid broke. It might be good if the packaging is changed. I'm quite satisfied with the rest.

You could say it's a bit grainy, but if you rub it directly on your face, it might be too irritating. It's better to dispense it onto the back of your hand and then gently apply it to your face little by little. It melts quickly, so you can layer it on. I even use it before makeup because of the redness, and if you apply it thinly and wait a bit before doing your makeup, it doesn't interfere with the makeup application.
