The calming effect is great, and even the milia are gone. My skin condition has improved so much, and I don't get any more pimples, so I just wear this tone-up sunscreen now... Of course, using multiple products together has also contributed to the double effect, but I think the effect of this one is the greatest... The other products are ones I've been using regularly, and this was just an additional one!! It's a bit pricey, but if you have a lot of redness, red pimples, milia, or poor skin condition, I recommend trying it out!!!
ConsAlone, it might feel a bit heavy in texture!! Like vaseline, but at night!!
TipThe soothing moisture cream, soothing ampoule, and skincare products containing Centella and Madecassoside should all be mixed together and applied! Don't apply them separately - instead, mix them all together to create a serum-like texture!!! After making the mixture, layer it on multiple times, and your skin will be radiant and in excellent condition the next day (positive) haha

It has helped with itchiness and dryness.
ConsThere are no particularly disappointing aspects, but it is slightly slippery. The price is quite expensive.

When there are temperature changes, my skin is prone to redness. I really disliked winter because of this. Even when I tried products that were said to be good for redness, I didn't see much effect. However, with the Neogen Cica Balm, I've seen a lot of improvement, if not complete resolution of the redness. I apply it generously before bed and it leaves a luminous glow, not an oily feeling. The amount is small for the price, but I don't find it regrettable at all. There is a scent, but it doesn't bother me. I just hope this product doesn't get discontinued.
ConsThe lid seems weaker than expected. I dropped it slightly, and the lid broke. It might be good if the packaging is changed. I'm quite satisfied with the rest.
TipYou could say it's a bit grainy, but if you rub it directly on your face, it might be too irritating. It's better to dispense it onto the back of your hand and then gently apply it to your face little by little. It melts quickly, so you can layer it on. I even use it before makeup because of the redness, and if you apply it thinly and wait a bit before doing your makeup, it doesn't interfere with the makeup application.

Essentially, it's solidified plant-based oil, so it melts smoothly on the skin like coconut oil. 1. Personally, the usage feel is similar to Houttuynia cordata oil - they're both plant-based oils and don't leave a very sticky finish. However, being able to scoop out just the right amount makes the subtle dosage control much easier with Nutcerin than the liquid Houttuynia cordata. Applying it on the body is more convenient with Houttuynia cordata oil. Both allow good dosage control, and after applying and waking up, the face feels refreshed in a similar way. 2. Compared to Vaseline, it's much less sticky and leaves less of a lingering feel. The sheen is inevitable due to the oil, but it has a natural look. Using Nutcerin on the face feels less burdensome.
ConsIt is a bit of a hassle to use just the right amount, but the jar type is probably necessary for hygiene reasons. Unlike the affordable Vaseline that can be used from head to toe without worry, using Nutcerin feels a bit... burdensome to just slather on. And it's small, so I don't see it as a full-fledged upgrade to Vaseline, but more of a relative of Houttuynia cordata oil that I'm using sparingly where needed... I don't feel it's significantly better than the plant-based Houttuynia cordata oil in terms of performance, usage feel, or price, so I'm not sure if I'll repurchase.
TipMelt about half a bean-sized amount with your fingers and mix it with a light gel cream or lotion to apply. Since it's a blend of various plant-based oils, those with allergies should check the ingredients carefully.

The formula melts quickly when rubbed with the hands and has more of a balm-like feel when applied, rather than an oily sensation. It doesn't have the same greasy, rising oil feel as petroleum jelly. Since I have a habit of picking at my cuticles, I've been applying it to that area continuously. Compared to using petroleum jelly, it absorbs more quickly and doesn't leave a slippery feel, which I like. It has a slight cooling and soothing sensation, so I think it would be great to apply to sunburnt areas of the skin in the summer.
ConsIf you're thinking of using it on your lips like petroleum jelly, you may not be fully satisfied. It doesn't have the thick, coating feel that maintains moisture like petroleum jelly does. While the containers may look similar, the purposes are quite different. Petroleum jelly has more of a simple oil coating feel, while this Nutcerin has more of a powerful, tiger balm-like sensation.
TipIt's great for caring for mosquito bites and sunburns.

The fragrance is much better than I expected - it's gentle like Vaseline, so the whole family can use it. I don't use it for soothing, but rather on dry or rough areas like elbows, heels, and lips. I apply it with a cotton swab, and when I wake up the next day, the moisturizing effect is definitely good. The oil content is also not as much as I thought, which I actually prefer.
ConsThe price is quite high compared to the quantity.ㅠㅠ The actual product is a bit more compact in style than I expected.
TipThere's no particular downside, so don't be shy about applying it generously on dry areas.

The soothing effects are incredible when I wake up in the morning! 🩵 These days, with the drastic temperature changes, my face tends to get easily irritated, and as someone with acne-prone skin, I often experience breakouts. But the Calming Balm has been great at replenishing my skin's moisture, and the cica scent is so refreshing. They say the formula is gentle enough for even infants, so I can really trust and use it without worry. Compared to slathering my face in thick Vaseline, the plant-based Cica Nut Calming Balm doesn't feel heavy or burdensome at all. The absorption is also great, leaving no sticky or uncomfortable feeling. After a workout, applying this gives such a lovely cooling sensation~~~~! I highly recommend getting this before summer arrives!🩷🩷
ConsThe only downside is that since the product is in a solid balm form, it's not the easiest to apply a generous amount. It would be great if they included a small spoon or scoop to help with that! ㅎㅎ
TipIt's also great to use this as a lip balm or eye cream because of its nourishing, oily texture. ㅎㅎㅎㅎ

When applied, it has a slightly oily feel, but after application, it finishes off feeling refreshing, making it a great option to use without any burden. Especially when applied around the cuticles, it was easy to use without any residue. Since it's a solid form that needs to be melted, it seems like it will last a long time. - Fragrance: It has the scent of tiger ointment. I'm not sure if it's because a lot of fragrance was used, but the scent of the ingredients themselves was still okay. The fragrance mostly disappears after application. - Usage: It's a firmer solid Vaseline formula, but it feels lighter after use. While Vaseline can feel a bit stuffy and clog pores, this product is good for lightly applying to areas that need moisture. Especially, it was easy to apply on dry areas of the cheeks without any stuffy feeling. - Ingredients: Aside from the fragrance, the other ingredients seem good, so it would have been fine even without the fragrance.
ConsThe product has a good image, but the price doesn't seem that affordable.

The scent was like pine?! As the similar scent seemed sincere, I liked it. As it is a vegan product, I liked it even more, and it felt refreshing when applied cold.
ConsI didn't feel a drop in body temperature when applying it without refrigeration. The most difficult part was spreading it at night as it got dark.

I have very dry skin in winter and even now (late April) I had dry patches that even serums and creams with hyaluronic acid didn't keep moisturized for an entire day. But this has moisturized (and kept moisturized!) all those spots. 2. Because it seems very greasy/oily, I was worried that it would cause me to break out, but I haven't had a single pimple since using it nightly for two weeks. It also seems less heavy/thick than Va***ine, which is a good thing for me. 3. It has a very strong medical mint type of smell (like Vi**'s Vapor Rub), which might be too overpowering for some people, but feels refreshing for me (and might be good for clogged sinuses?)
Cons1. It does look greasy/oily so I only use it at night and my skin looks fine in the morning so it's no problem. 2. The strong scent could be off-putting for some people. 3. Compared to Va***ine, it is much more expensive. But for the purpose of moisturizing my face, I would choose Nutseline.
