It spreads well across the entire face without feeling greasy. In terms of absorption, being a balm, it doesn't absorb as quickly as a moisturizer, but it gets absorbed in less than a minute, so it's not burdensome. As for hydration, since I have combination skin, I felt it provided just the right amount of moisture. However, my T-zone with more sebaceous glands did experience some breakouts. Adjusting the amount used based on individual skin type would likely work better. It is fragrance-free, with only the natural scent of the ingredients, giving the impression that it is focused solely on skin care.
ConsThe product is well-known, but the volume to price ratio is quite disappointing.
TipAreas with many sebaceous glands may benefit from applying only a small amount or targeting the affected areas.

In the winter evenings, I usually apply a lotion + barrier cream intensive cream, but this product was very satisfying as it was effective in providing moisture and soothing with just a small amount. As it is an intensive balm, it has a bit of an oily texture, but it is not overly greasy and is just right for winter night care. If I had started using it a little earlier, I think I would have really enjoyed it throughout the winter. So far, I have used La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Balm, Bioderma Atoderm Intensive Balm, and Bioderma Cicabio Pomate Cream, and personally, the Bioderma Atoderm Intensive Balm and the Zeroid Intensive Balm are my favorites. The moderately thick texture and good spreadability make it very pleasant to apply smoothly.
ConsThis product has a moisturizing feel, so I don't think I'll be able to use it when it gets hot. It's great for applying over a lotion or moisturizer in the winter, though. It's good, but it's a bit pricey for the amount, so I'll have to think about repurchasing it.

The advantages are that the product calms and protects the skin, and when applied to reddened skin, it has a soothing effect. It also has the advantage of being moisturizing. The texture is just right, not too thick or runny. I don't like sticky textures, but this one absorbs well. The fragrance is not irritating, almost unscented.
ConsMy skin suited it well, and personally, I didn't have any particular regrets.
TipIt was good to use toner, lotion, and other basic moisturizing products in the final step after the initial moisturizing routine.

First of all, I have sensitive and oily skin. I usually alternate between using mild products and barrier-repairing products. I really wanted to try the Zero-id brand as it is widely used in dermatology prescriptions and is famous for its barrier-repairing properties. I was grateful to have the opportunity through the Hwahae Trial Reviewers program. Advantages: 🫧 It is mild. - As a person with sensitive skin, I was able to use it without needing an adjustment period. 🫧 The application is light despite the moisturizing power. - I used it during the seasonal transition from winter to spring, and the moisturizing power was excellent. Moreover, the light application was very convenient to use. 🫧 It has a barrier-improving effect. - I have tried other creams famous for their barrier-improving properties, and both were effective for me. It seems particularly suitable for winter and seasonal transitions.
ConsFor an intellect like mine, it has caused a slight irritation. Applying it sparingly would likely be an unofficial yet useful tip.

I've even experienced atopic dermatitis, and currently I sometimes have contact dermatitis on the butterfly area. I've used the Zero-oid soothing, MD, and intensive lines. Since I have dry skin, I'm using the soothing line during the summer! For those with sensitive skin, I recommend products with basic ingredients that help skin recovery rather than functional products. While individual differences exist, among other dermatological and regenerative creams, the Zero-oid product was the one that did not worsen my condition without side effects. I was worried it might be too rich, but it has a suitable moisturizing feel, so I think anyone except for the extremely oily can use it with proper adjustment. The application is also good, so I use it before makeup without any issues.
ConsIntellectuals may feel that [Hwahae] is too heavy during the summer season!

When applied, it has a slightly sticky feel, but when patted and absorbed, it leaves a shiny, extremely moisturized finish on the skin. There is a slight stickiness when touched, but the moisturizing effect is quite evident. The fragrance is almost non-existent, with a very faint scent reminiscent of cosmetic ingredients, but it is barely noticeable unless you intentionally smell it. This cream is recommended for dry and dehydrated skin types. It effectively replenishes the skin's moisture balance and strengthens the skin barrier. Even for my sensitive skin, it did not cause any irritation or discomfort, leaving my skin feeling comfortable and hydrated.
ConsThere were no disappointments other than the small size.

I have been using the Zero-id Soothing Cream and Rich Cream for years and trusted them, so I used them. My skin is extremely sensitive, thin, and has redness, so it's hard to find a suitable cream, but it worked well without any major issues even for my sensitive skin. The slightly thick texture and fragrance-free formula were even better for me. Due to the cold weather, my cheeks would get red, and applying the existing cream I normally use on top of it helped it calm down quickly.
ConsUsing it alone feels like the moisturizing is insufficient, so it would be better to apply the essence cream that I used to use firmly and layer it on top.
TipIt would be better if you could apply a thicker layer on the parts that are concerning.

Skin type: dry -Spreadability: In the initial stage, it spreads very smoothly, but as it starts to roll a bit, it gradually becomes thicker and heavier! It might be a bit burdensome for those with skin types other than dry. -Absorption: The absorption is really good, and the absorption time is very fast! The absorption is almost too good, making me slightly worried that it might be absorbing too deeply into the skin. Recommended skin type is dry!
ConsFirst, it may be difficult to apply before morning makeup. Most pre-makeup basics should be lightweight, but the immediate spreadability itself is too heavy, so the makeup may slip a lot. Afterwards, in terms of absorbency, the absorption is fast, so even if normal and oily skin types apply it, it may not be bad. However, so for dry skin types, there may be a slight concern that the effect may not be as effective. The fragrance is likely to have little likes or dislikes as it is unscented.
TipWhile it may not be a major tip, I highly recommend applying it as part of your nighttime skincare routine rather than as a pre-makeup base.

I had a prejudice that night-type creams tend to be greasy, don't absorb well, and have too much oil. So even in the winter when my skin gets dry, I just apply a cream in two layers and that's it. But this time, I had the chance to try the Zeroid Intensive Cream, and I'm really impressed! I sometimes go to bed without removing my makeup, maybe once a week or up to 3 times a week, because I'm just too lazy. Last Saturday, I went 48 hours without removing my makeup, and I ended up with 5 pimples that I had to quickly pop. I sent an SOS request. As soon as I applied the Zeroid cream, I was like "Whoa!" It's really a night cream, but when I just spread it on a couple of times, it absorbed right away. Yet, it still locked in the moisture and had the perfect amount of oil, with no greasiness or stickiness at all. I don't know how it manages to absorb so quickly when it's not even a thin consistency. The angry red pimples turned yellow and healed the very next day, calming down quickly without getting worse. Phew, I'm so relieved! I've heard the Zeroid cream is famous for being sold at dermatology clinics, so I've always wanted to try it. And it really lives up to the hype. It's so comfortable and calming. It's become my go-to SOS product. Lately, I've been trusting this cream so much that I've been skipping makeup removal more often. But of course, it's still best to thoroughly remove makeup every day for optimal skin health.
ConsThe only regret is wondering why I met this only now, as it's so good!🫢❤️ It's great for use in late winter to early spring, the transitional period, and autumn. It seems like it would be good for those with dry skin in the summer! For other skin types, lightly applying and gently covering it also seems fine.̀⁽⍥ ⁾ ́ᵎᵎᵎ It's not irritating and is very gentle.🤍💛💚
TipSoothing cream or a light cream, or the cream you normally use, and then apply the Zeroid Intensive - it will be even better! 💚

It doesn't feel sticky and absorbs well!! 👍 It seems to be fragrance-free and gentle. : )
ConsThe amount is only 40ml, which is a bit disappointing. I'll probably use it up quickly..haha
Tipthe review photos show a noticeable difference after just one use, and the effects are definitely there!🥰! i'd recommend giving it a try.
