  As I have a relatively dark skin tone, even when I apply a brightening cream, I usually end up with a slightly lighter or average 23 shade, which fits me perfectly! (Most concealers lack color differentiation, so the ones I've used were a bit too light for me, but this one has a wide range of shades, so I think it would work well for both fair and dark skin tones!) I don't apply a separate cushion foundation, and just use the concealer to cover specific areas.
