Pros
My skin is quite sensitive, but this product is gentle and non-irritating. It's convenient because you can just rinse it off with water.
Cons
The packaging of the Physiogel product, with the cap and bottle, is a bit inconvenient. Residue from the lotion or cleanser often gets stuck in the cap area and dries up. I hope they can improve this.

I have a few small pimples, but the Physiogel cream seems to be working well for me, so I decided to buy a cleanser too since I was running low. But then my older brother was like, 'Why does your skin look like that?' He's always been the kind of person who likes to tease me, so I tried to ignore it. But now looking in the mirror, it just looks awful. It's itchy too... I shouldn't have bought it. I got the cream because I thought it was good, but I just wasted my money. At least I got it on sale, so it wasn't as bad.

It's dry. It's gentle and good. There is no foam.
Cons
The lack of surfactants means there is no foam, and the cleansing is weak.
Tip
When applying sunscreen, I use a different product.

Even though my skin is a bit dry, using this doesn't make it feel dry at all :)

It doesn't produce much lather, but it's great for a quick morning cleansing. It doesn't seem to have makeup removal capabilities, but it's very comfortable and non-drying.
