It didn't cause any skin problems, didn't feel tight, didn't get quickly wiped off by the emerging oil, and most importantly, the pore coverage was great. It's not just a regular pore primer. I'm glad I spent a lot of money on this after much consideration. The darkening isn't too severe either! It lasts a decent amount of time, and you can see the oily parts start to fade around 5-6 PM after applying it early in the morning (around 7 AM??). The only downside is...

It's just too yellow, you know? Apart from the yellowness, it's a pretty good product!! My skin tone is a bit tricky, but the yellowing is just too much... It's not jaundice, but still... Sigh... I wonder why it looked fine at first... Maybe my skin got brighter? (But it doesn't seem like it got much brighter...) Be careful when choosing the color... They say the yellowish tint has been reduced with the renewal, so I'm hoping the next version will be better... Haha...

I mix it with the 'Revlon ColorStay Makeup for Combination/Oily Skin in Ivory 110' (Wow, what a long name) I feel like the Revlon foundation alone makes my skin look a bit lifted, or maybe a little dry? So I use the Shu Uemura one just to get the right color match, and on sensitive days when I use the Revlon, it can sometimes cause some irritation, so I use just a tiny, tiny bit mixed in. Around a 3:1 ratio (Shu Uemura:Revlon), but I sometimes use even less of the Revlon. If you don't get the mixing ratio right, it can really mess up your skin tone and coverage^^
