The difference between the two is that Photoready is shimmery as it contains small glitters. I thought the shimmer was pretty, but for people who prefer a matte finish, this one isn't the go-to. Also, at the time when I used this, Colorstay didn't have a pump which was very inconvenient, so I really liked Photoready because it had a pump.
ConsAt the same price, I'd purchase Colorstay over this.
