Pros
I used to use a highlighter that only had a white sheen, but I tried this one that has a pinkish hue. It makes my skin look more radiant and gives a natural glow with its subtle pearl finish! I love it so much, 100% would repurchase!!
Cons
I guess you could say I prefer a slightly dewy skin look... But this highlighter doesn't seem to work well for a water-glass skin makeup look. I'd recommend this to those who like a more matte skin finish.

The color payoff is good, and the luminosity is pleasantly soft, so it's quite nice.
Cons
This doesn't seem to be a mineral-based eyeshadow. It appears to accentuate wrinkles and blemishes, and looks dry.

The highlighter is really very pearly, quite a lot...
Cons
When you apply it to the skin, it later peels off. It peels off a lot and the pearl particles are coarse. It doesn't apply beautifully either, it's just so-so.

When applying makeup lightly, this product was great - it gave a natural look with good color payoff without being too heavy.
Cons
When trying to achieve a dewy look, it's easy to overdo it with this product and end up with a cakey appearance, so I sometimes consider using a cream instead.

I usually don't like very strong pearl-like or glittery effects, but the Innisfree highlighter has fine pearl particles, so it can create a subtle glow that I really like~
Cons
Since it is a highlighter, it may accentuate skin texture issues or blemishes a bit if your skin is not in the best condition~
Tip
If you've used the MAC Warm Rose highlighter before, you can achieve a similar effect(?) with this one~ Just something to keep in mind~

The color is just right and has a nice subtle glow. Even though my skin is sensitive, I don't get any breakouts.
