  The best moisturizing power among the watery-type skin care products. You can feel the moisturizing effect just by gently rubbing the cotton pad soaked with it. It's a watery formula, not a lotion, which is quite amazing... The subtle fragrance is nice, and even though I have sensitive skin that tends to get irritated easily, I didn't experience any trouble with it.

  As someone who has been using about 3 bottles, I am quite satisfied with this toning lotion. The more I use it, the more my skin tone seems to brighten slightly, and I feel like I've also achieved a bit of pore-tightening effect. While the results aren't dramatically different after a few months of use, the effects are noticeable to the naked eye. This product is from the Sisley Whitening line, so it seems to have more of a whitening effect. Since I haven't tried other products, I can't really make a direct comparison, but I can say that the whitening effect is definitely more pronounced compared to when I used the SK-II Pitera line.
