Pros
The acne spot treatment product is undoubtedly the best! As someone with acne-prone skin, I've used acne spot ointments extensively over the years, and Epipple AI is not only non-irritating in terms of fragrance, but also applies smoothly. Whether it's large or small acne, applying it and sleeping overnight allows the blemishes to subside quickly! It also has a whitening effect, so pigmentation is less likely to occur while the acne is healing. Even for large acne, if you apply it consistently for 2-3 days, you can clearly feel the size diminishing!
Cons
I usually apply it thickly before bed and fall asleep, but if I've been applying it for more than a day, there's a phenomenon of peeling skin on the applied area.
Tip

I think I've used about 15 so far. It definitely helps manage my dead skin, so I don't get as many breakouts.
Cons
It's quite cheap overseas, so I buy it through direct imports, but it's expensive in Korea.

I've been using this product as it's said to be effective for milia and redness. My redness is quite severe, but even after trying treatments at the dermatologist, there was little effect. The dermatologist recommended that I use the K-cream, so I'm using this product. I've used other La Roche-Posay lines before, so I trust and use this brand. The texture is like a refreshing lotion, and at first it feels a bit rich for an essence, but it absorbs quickly. I usually apply an essence and then a lotion as part of my evening routine, and when I wake up the next day, I feel like my minor blemishes have improved a bit. It doesn't show immediate effects after using it once or twice, but with consistent use, it seems to really help refine my skin texture. Most importantly, the tube packaging is hygienic.
Cons
Since the packaging is not plastic, it's a bit inconvenient to store when the product is running low. But there don't seem to be any other downsides to the product itself.

La Roche-Posay has a great feel - it applies well and is very smooth.
Cons
- In my personal opinion, it doesn't perform its functions well enough. A similar essence, Effaclar Duo Plus, has been much more effective for my acne. As for exfoliation, I'm not sure...
Tip
For exfoliation, I would recommend Dermalogica Microfoliant, Baha, or Differin.

I have rosacea and allergies, and my skin condition is poor - I get milia and large pores, and I have a very oily complexion. There are no positives to mention.
Cons
The makeup applies extremely heavily. Compared to other cosmetics, it is very polarizing depending on skin type - if you have a skin type like mine, I'd advise against using it. After just two days of use, my skin was in terrible shape..

The blemishes seem to be going down. Lately, I've been having trouble sleeping, but the 2 blemishes around my nose and forehead have gone down.

It stings a lot when I apply it. After using this and going to the Tzone and Cheek zones, everything became even more red and inflamed. Personally, I don't recommend it. I trusted all of La Roche-Posay's products, but because of this, I had to go to a dermatologist, and they said I have a lotion allergy... For those of you without acne, using this could make your skin break out even more.
