Pros
I've been using it for 2 days and the irritation and dryness have decreased significantly! If it continues to work this well, I think I'll stick with it.

It doesn't shine or spread all over, but stays put nicely. It's especially good for men to use, as you don't feel like you've applied something to your lips, and they just feel naturally moisturized. It's great for office workers in suits or situations where you want to look manly. Honestly, glossy lip balms can be a bit embarrassing sometimes. But this has none of that. The peppermint oil gives a refreshing, cool sensation which is really pleasant.
Cons
The price is not that cheap for a lip balm. But expecting drugstore prices from a department store brand is unrealistic.

I actually prefer stick-type lip balms over tube-type ones! Burt's Bees is quite moisturizing, but it doesn't feel like it's really sinking in - it just satisfies the need for lip balm. But the Kiehl's lip balm is incredibly hydrating! If you're looking for a really moisturizing stick lip balm, I'd recommend it ◡̈

Sometimes the cap doesn't open easily ㅠㅠ When I have hand cream on and try to open it, it just won't budge... It can be really frustrating :(
