  To be honest, there is virtually no oily feel to it.

  I used it at first and got a few small pimples, but I just used it without much thought. After using it for about 2 weeks, I ended up with a ton of clogged pores. I switched to a different lotion later, and it didn't get any worse. I'm not usually prone to a lot of acne, but it suddenly got really bad, which was scary and gross.
